Our RMA Member Personal Information Privacy Policy

Protecting the personal information of RMA members is important.

Using our Directory

• Membership information is prepared by the RMA and distributed through an online Directory. It can be accessed by Members only. 

• The Directory is only for the private use of Members and may not be shared in any fashion other than within the Membership.

• A Member determines what personal information he wants to share.

Using Social Media

• Members are expected to exercise good judgment when taking and disseminating still or video images of Members and Guests at RMA events. Special care shall be taken to avoid the dissemination of any such images that might be deemed unbecoming or that might impinge upon the reputation of the RMA or any of its Members.
